I toured several other properties but absolutely had to go with Aston Place after the property manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to accommodate me. Aston really just strikes the right balance between everything you look for in a property.

Aston Place has proven to be a brilliant gem when it comes to apartment living experiences, of which I have had many. I have lived at Aston Place for one year, and from day one, it felt like home. I met Keeleigh initially (the Assistant Property Manager at the time) and was so impressed by her knowledge of the building, commitment to making Aston Place a great community in which to live, and her inviting personality. By the time I moved in, Keeleigh had been promoted and I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, the current Assistant Property Manager. He, too, knocked our socks off with his warm welcome (he actually did visit the Sunday that I moved in) and palpable passion for connecting with each resident. He is communicative, patient, compassionate, efficient, and is a man of his word. One of these characteristics is often difficult to find in a person, never mind all of them together! He consistently goes above the normal “above and beyond” and this is appreciated more than he will ever know. The building is perfectly located on the corner, close enough to walk to High Street and be in the mix, but just far enough away that you wouldn’t even know there were bars and restaurants within a stone’s throw. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, while the common spaces are clean and well-kept. The garage is essential for me and having it fully enclosed is worth every single penny! Brad, who does all things maintenance, is prompt, pleasant, skilled, and always willing to help in a timely fashion. Aston Place is definitely a top-notch place to make a home, whether it’s for one year or 100 years. The combination of beautiful, spacious layouts, a peaceful community, respectful residents, and exceptional staff is difficult to find, but this combination is precisely what makes Aston Place such a brilliant gem.

0 complaints. Jordan in the office routinely went above and beyond for me. Brad the maintenance man fixed the few small issues I had within 24 hours. The people who live here are nice and a good mix. If you like to get to know your neighbors there’s plenty willing to say hi, but if you prefer to avoid your neighbors you’ll find that you rarely see other people in the hallways. Even as I was about to move out I was meeting people on my floor who had lived there the entire time I did. The location was great as you’re within a short walk of the short north, but tucked away enough that it’s quiet at night. I think Aston is the only complex in the area with underground private parking - a huge plus. Save yourself the frustration of a big rental company who makes you a number or dealing with absent landlords and pick Aston where you know you’ll have a good experience.

I've lived here for around 8 months now, and so far the experience has been fantastic! Overall, I would say the location is one of Aston Place's biggest assets. It's a very close walk to High St. and the Short North while being just far away enough to be out of the range of the loud, late night noise that living in the Short North typically brings. The amenities of the building are also a nice add-on. The courtyard is almost always available and features gas fire pits, a grill, and a bocce ball court that can also double as a putting range. Inside, there's free access to a coffee machine and a nice gym on the 3rd floor that has a combo weight lifting machine that can work a variety of different muscles. All that being said, the biggest pro that I have for the building is the management staff. Keeleigh, the Assistant Property Manager, is extremely kind and easy to get in contact with and has been very prompt with all my requests and questions. Also, Brad, the Maintenance Supervisor, has gotten all my requests done fast and efficiently. I've heard stories of some difficult property management situations at other residencies around the Short North, but am pleased to say that this place has been great thus far. All in all, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, laid back living experience just a 3 minute walk from the liveliest entertainment center in Columbus.

Brad, from maintenance, is always very friendly and helpful. He responds to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently completes the job while not disturbing my ability to work from home.

Air conditioning went out and Brad from maintenance came out within the hour and fixed the issue!

We’ve lived at Aston place for three years, and three things keep us here. 1. The completely enclosed underground parking garage. Parking in the Short North is complicated, and the parking garage is essential. We have two spots, and I’ve always felt safe, and never had any issues with our vehicles. 2. Staff. Jordan is our apartment manager, and he is a true blessing. Jordan is efficient, friendly, and available whenever needed. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments, and Jordan is by far, the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. 3. Maintenance. Our maintenance guy, Brad, is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, trustworthy, and whenever we need him, he is a quick to respond. Literally every maintenance request we’ve ever had, has been resolved that day, or the next morning. Literally. We cannot say enough good things about Aston place. We have a top floor corner unit, it’s spacious, and modern and quiet. Our building is clean and well maintained and safe. We moved here thinking we would stay a year, and three years later, we are still here and love it!

I moved to Aston Place in November 2020, I had a great experience. The building is conveniently located right next to Short North. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are top notch, you can't beat the price for you're getting! Joey. the property manager was always extremely helpful when anything came up and was always available. The only reason I moved out was due to relocation for work. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to move to the Columbus area.

The maintenance staff at Aston Place is fantastic. We recently moved in and had a few minor things I wanted corrected (OCD), and they addressed in a very timely manor, and quickly. Great job Bo and Peyton!

Amazing amenities, great location that’s a quick walk to restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. Management, the maintenance staff and the cleaning staff are all excellent. Highly recommend.

We've been at Aston Place for over a year and it is a great property. Secure parking and building and outstanding amenities. We especially like being close to High Street rather than right on High Street where it would be much noisier and there would be more traffic. We are in a Presley model, which is a 2BR, 2 bath corner unit with lots of light. And on the third floor we have 10 foot ceilings.

Beautiful apartment building, amazing common space outdoor courtyard, and fantastic customer service with the leasing office day in and day out!

The move in process at the leasing office was very efficient and quick! I live in a 2 bedroom unit and it's very spacious and I love it. I highly recommend this apartment complex it's in a great location in the short north.

Love Aston Place. The 1 bedroom I live in is spacious with up to date appliances. The location is in walking distance to everything in the short north and a reasonable walk to the Arena District. No complaints thus far, and I plan on renewing the lease to stay here for another year.

Location is great, price is within the market for the area. I thought I would miss having A pool but what they have done with that space is actually very nice to relax or hang out with friends. I have lived here for about six months and have had very minor issues and the times I have needed the staff or handy man it has been resolved within hours.

The location is very convenient, especially for people who work at OSU. Living here I'm close to a lot of restaurants/shops downtown, but can also walk to work every day. I like that the building feels like it's located in a neighborhood (I walk through Vic Village to get to work) yet it's so close to the short north. The only downside is the price but in my opinion you get what you pay for.

Love this building! Samantha made our move from out of state so smooth. Common areas are very secure and always clean. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars, outdoor activities.

Aston Place offers a modern aesthetic in a great location in the heart of Short North. The apartments are clean and contemporary and the outdoor courtyard area is a major bonus as well as the parking garage. Even though the building is in a very convenient location to Short North, the apartment building is quiet and neighbors are as well. I would highly recommend Aston Place to anyone looking for modern and convenient living in Short North!

Best location in Columbus!

Great place to live. The staff is always kind and courteous, and my neighbors have always been quiet. Every now and then people will have gatherings on the patio and the sound can be a little loud for those closest to the patio, but the patio space is so great I can't blame them (grill, comfy patio furniture, tables, bocce court, and firepits!). Awesome location too in the Short North level with Bodega and Pies and Pints.

I've lived at Aston Place since it first opened in 2014. It is conveniently located near the Short North and a short walk away from Ohio State. The staff is wonderful and quick to get things taken care of. The outdoor patio area is beautiful and well maintained. I love the parking garage especially in the winter.

Aston has been my home in Columbus for the past two years. I moved into Aston when I moved into town from Cincinnati. I could not have picked a better place—convenient to all the hot spots in the Short North yet tucked away enough to be quiet and comfortable. The apartments are well built and furnished with top-end appliances and decor. If you're looking for a modern, up-style, and convenient spot within the Columbus urban scene, I highly recommend Aston Place.

Great location, beautiful interior. 3rd floor has very high ceilings! Price is a bit steep but it's worth it.
